As part of my English language learning, I created a video presentation where I introduced a member of my family. For this activity (GA1-240202501-AA1-EV02), I focused on presenting my mother in English, sharing key details such as her full name, age, birthday, occupation, and her activities in her free time. The task allowed me to practice my speaking skills while also improving my ability to describe someone clearly in English.

Activity Description

In this activity, I introduced my mother by stating her name, age, and birthday, followed by her occupation and some of the things she enjoys doing in her free time. This video helped me practice my ability to communicate personal information in English, while also focusing on pronunciation and fluency. To complement the video, I created a presentation in Canva, which visually reinforced the details shared in the video.

Conclusion

This activity was a great way to integrate speaking, writing, and creativity in my language learning. It also provided me with an opportunity to practice sharing personal information in English in an engaging and interactive way.

They provided an opportunity to reflect on the balance between accountability and ethical considerations.
